Dan Diaz (AKA brcksh) is a producer based out of Nashville TN.
Originally from the South Florida hardcore music scene, Dan got his start playing bass in bands as a teenager.
He went on to study Jazz Performance at FIU (upright bass) and has formal music training and performance experience. He started producing music for artists in 2012. Then, in 2014 moved to Nashville where he also began touring extensively with bands like Civilian (Tooth & Nail), Diarrhea Planet (Infinity Cat) and others.
Most recently, Dan focuses on creating music for independent artists and music for TV. Not bound by a specific genre, he finds himself mostly moving between hip hop, pop and alternative. Some of his current influences are Ye, Sigur Rós, Ólafur, Girl in Red, The Weeknd, Gunna and Mike Dean.
He is best known for capturing the moment and riding the wave.
